Pinkham Blair was established around twenty years ago as a start-up accountancy business.
Today, we are a mature established business.
Many events have occurred on our journey, each one a valuable learning experience.
As founders of Pinkham Blair, we both agree the single most important aspect of our business is the sense of partnership. We are a partnership, in legal terms, but more importantly we are in a psychological partnership where we are committed to doing our best for our business.
This partnership behaviour also carries through to the way we deal with our clients. We understand that being the boss can be a lonely vocation.
We understand the value of having a best business mate who is always available to provide advice and a second opinion.
We know we are lucky to have each other to rely on.
We always aim to develop a strong relationship with our clients. We are regularly reviewing our client’s financial data and we actively engage with our clients to have an ongoing conversation about their business. We don’t know all the answers but by actively listening, sometimes challenging but
always taking a keen interest, we are able to make a significant contribution to our client’s business and their aspirations.
